Terms of Service

Welcome to PromoHub! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PromoHub platform, including our website at promohub.me, creator hub, Discord server directory, live stream discovery features, and related services (collectively, the “Platform” or “PromoHub”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or interacting with PromoHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. About PromoHub & Operator Information

PromoHub is operated by Nikolay Rusev as an individual residing in Germany (“Operator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). There is no registered legal entity under the name “PromoHub”.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements (12+)

2.1 Minimum Age Rule

You must be at least 12 years of age to register for, access, or use PromoHub. Anyone under the age of 12 is prohibited by our platform rules from using the Platform or creating an account.

2.2 Lack of Automated Age Verification

Important Notice: PromoHub currently does not employ an automated technical age gate, age-verification system, or automated age-detection mechanism. The registration process does not technically prevent an underage user from submitting registration details.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent, warrant, and certify that you are at least 12 years old.

2.3 Additional Legal Requirements & Parental Consent

Setting our platform eligibility rule to 12 years of age does not constitute a legal determination or representation that 12 years satisfies the statutory age requirements of every jurisdiction.

Depending on your country, state, or region of residence, applicable laws may establish higher age thresholds for digital consent, require verified parental permission for online data processing, or impose other legal restrictions (for example, higher age thresholds established under European data protection laws, such as Article 8 of the GDPR and Section 16 of the German Federal Data Protection Act, or the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

If the laws applicable to you require parental consent or set a higher age to access online platforms, you may only use PromoHub if your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf and provided any necessary authorization.

If we receive notice or have reason to believe that an account belongs to someone under 12 years of age, or to a user who lacks legally required authorization, we reserve the right to suspend or delete the account.

3. Accounts & Authentication

3.1 Account Types

PromoHub provides two methods of authentication depending on how you use the Platform:

  1. PromoHub Hub Accounts: Created via email and password, or through Google Single Sign-On (OAuth). Hub accounts allow you to create creator profiles, publish posts, upload images, follow other creators, like, comment, and save posts.
  2. Discord Directory Authentication: Connected using Discord OAuth to list, manage, review, and bump Discord servers in our community directory.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@promohub.me if you detect or suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign usernames or handles that are misleading, impersonate others, infringe upon third-party trademarks, or remain inactive for extended periods.

4. Platform Features & Use

4.1 The Creator Hub

  • Registered users can publish posts containing text, categorization tags, external links, and up to 15 uploaded images per post.
  • Users may interact with content through upvotes/likes, bookmarks (“saves”), comments, and replies.
  • Users can follow other creators and maintain a personal blocking list to restrict interactions.

4.2 Discord Server Directory & Bumping

  • Server administrators can list public Discord communities on the Platform.
  • Manual Bumping: Registered server managers can “bump” their server periodically to raise its visibility in the directory, subject to cooldown timers.
  • Automated Bumping: Where enabled for eligible servers, automated bump routines periodically update server positioning.
  • Reviews & Ratings: Community members may submit star ratings (1 to 5 stars) and written reviews. Reviews must reflect genuine personal experiences and comply with our Acceptable Use rules.
  • Leaderboards: Server rankings, bump counts, and review scores are calculated algorithmically. Any attempt to manipulate rankings through bots, scripts, dummy accounts, or review trade rings is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Live Stream Discovery (/live)

  • PromoHub provides a discovery directory for live content creators on Twitch and Kick.
  • When viewing a stream on PromoHub, live video and chat streams are delivered directly via embedded players provided by Twitch Interactive, Inc. or Kick Gaming.
  • Viewing, chatting, and interacting within embedded players are subject to the terms, community guidelines, and privacy policies of Twitch and Kick respectively. PromoHub does not host, broadcast, or control external live streams.
  • PromoHub provides internal live discovery features, including the ability to follow streamers within the Platform and view aggregate viewership metrics.

5. User-Generated Content & Image Uploads

5.1 Ownership & License Grant

  • You retain ownership: You retain all copyright and intellectual property rights in the text, images, server listings, reviews, and materials you create and upload to PromoHub (“User Content”).
  • License to PromoHub: By submitting, posting, or uploading User Content to PromoHub, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, display, adapt (for formatting and presentation purposes), and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, promoting, and providing the Platform.
  • When you delete a post, this license terminates with respect to that post, subject to standard cloud storage caching and backup retention.

5.2 Upload Rules & Constraints

  • Supported File Formats: Image uploads are strictly limited to JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats. Other formats (including GIF, SVG, BMP, or video files) are rejected by our validation system.
  • Size & Quantity Limits: You may upload a maximum of 15 images per post, with a maximum file size of 5 MB per image.
  • Uploaded images are hosted on Cloudflare R2 cloud object storage.
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to publish all content and media you upload.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will NOT use PromoHub to:

  1. Post Illegal Content: Upload, transmit, or share material that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence or self-harm.
  2. Exploit or Endanger Minors: Upload, transmit, link to, or promote Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any material that exploits or harms minors. Any such content will result in immediate termination and will be reported to law enforcement authorities.
  3. Engage in Spam or Fraud: Post unsolicited commercial messages, deceptive links, malware, phishing attempts, pyramid schemes, or commercial advertising rings.
  4. Infringe Intellectual Property: Post copyrighted artwork, photographs, brand logos, or proprietary material without authorization from the legitimate rights holder.
  5. Abuse Directory Features: Submit Discord servers that violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines; provide deceptive, dead, or malicious invite links; or create duplicate listings to manipulate search results.
  6. Manipulate Platform Metrics: Interfere with cooldown timers; use unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automation tools; artificially inflate bump counts, likes, followers, or review scores; or attempt to bypass account suspensions.
  7. Compromise Platform Security: Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems; bypass security controls; or launch denial-of-service attacks.
  8. Impersonate Others: Impersonate another individual, creator, server owner, company, or PromoHub administrator.

7. Complimentary & Promotional “Premium” Access

  • No Paid Subscriptions: PromoHub does not sell paid subscriptions, recurring memberships, digital goods, or paid services.
  • Complimentary Grants: Enhanced platform features (such as “Premium” server status, auto-bump access, extended 1,000-character descriptions, custom banner images, or special creator badges) are granted free of charge, manually, or as part of promotional collaborations, partnerships, or community events.
  • No Monetary Value or Guarantees: Complimentary Premium access has no cash value, creates no ongoing contractual right, and is not a purchased product.
  • Discretionary Modification or Revocation: The Operator reserves the right to modify, adjust, pause, expire, or revoke complimentary Premium features or badges at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, and without any monetary liability or compensation.

8. Moderation, Enforcement & Appeals

8.1 Moderation Actions

To maintain safety and enforce these Terms, the Operator and authorized moderators may, at their sole discretion:

  • Remove, edit, or unpublish any post, image, comment, review, or server listing;
  • Reset or modify inappropriate usernames, avatars, or bios;
  • Apply account restrictions, warnings, temporary mutes, or cooldown extensions;
  • Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any Hub or Discord Directory account;
  • Remove or blacklist Discord servers from the directory.

8.2 Reporting

Users can report suspicious or rule-breaking posts, comments, or server listings using the in-platform reporting tools.

8.3 Appeals

PromoHub provides formal appeal procedures:

  • Post Removals: Authors of removed posts can submit an explanation through the in-platform appeal form on the post page.
  • Account Suspensions & Bans: Users facing account restrictions can submit an appeal through the form on the /hub-banned page.
  • You may also contact support@promohub.me regarding moderation actions. Appeals are reviewed at the Operator's discretion.

9. Third-Party Services & External Links

  • External Links: PromoHub contains links to external websites, Discord servers, social networks, and third-party resources. We do not endorse, control, or monitor third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability. You access external sites at your own risk.
  • Third-Party Platforms: Your use of third-party platforms accessed through or embedded on PromoHub—including Discord, Google, Twitch, and Kick—is governed by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those respective providers.

10. Account Deletion & Media Retention

  • Voluntary Account Deletion: You may delete your PromoHub Hub account at any time through your account Settings.
  • Database Removal: When you confirm account deletion, your user record, credentials, profile information, active sessions, posts, comments, likes, saves, and follow relationships are permanently removed from our primary database.
Cloudflare R2 Media Storage Notice
  • When you delete an individual post, the platform automatically initiates the deletion of associated images from Cloudflare R2 storage.
  • When you delete an entire account, the current system removes all database records, but media files previously uploaded to Cloudflare R2 are not automatically purged. If you require immediate deletion of specific images, you should delete the individual posts prior to deleting your account or email support@promohub.me requesting manual asset cleanup.

11. Copyright Complaints

PromoHub respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material available on PromoHub infringes your copyright, you may submit a complaint to:

To help us investigate, please include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  2. The specific URL(s) on wernelo.com (or promohub.me) where the material is located;
  3. An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized;
  4. Your contact details (such as name, email address, or phone number).

We will review legitimate copyright notices promptly and take appropriate action where required under applicable law.

12. Disclaimers (“As-Is”) & Limitation of Liability

12.1 “As-Is” Service

PromoHub is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, reliability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
  • Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable mandatory statutory law (such as statutory liability under mandatory applicable law for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or injury to life, limb, or health). Any liability is limited to the greatest extent permissible under applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from mandatory statutory consumer protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.
  • Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of PromoHub shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany, unless applicable mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect platform changes, legal requirements, or community standards. When revisions occur, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of PromoHub following updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revisions.
